Vernon Pertelle is the President and CEO, StratiHealth, which provides management consulting services for Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), hospitals and health systems, health plans, medical device and pharmaceutical companies on strategic planning, clinical integration, business development, research and project management; and specialty programs for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
Vernon Pertelle is the President and Executive Director, Pulmonary Horizons, which provides national, regional, local and organization specific education programs designed to improve the overall diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with COPD.
Vernon Pertelle has served as the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Benefit Administrator for Kaiser Permanente, the nation’s largest Integrated Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Senior Consultant for the Permanente Medical Group for New Medical Technology and Clinical Practice Guidelines, where he was the liaison to the Medicare Evidence Development & Coverage Advisory Committee (MEDCAC) and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Technology Evaluation Center (BCBSA-TEC).
Vernon Pertelle was the Corporate Director for Respiratory Therapy and Home Medical Equipment (HME) at Apria Healthcare and has also served on the Board of Directors for SeQual Technologies, a medical device manufacturing company that was acquired by Chart Biomedical.
Vernon Pertelle has served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), the second largest catholic healthcare organization, and as Assistant Vice President, Tri-City Medical Center a California District Hospital.
